I shall not keep so much things to myself anymore.. When problems arise, I will turn to friends straight away..

This song brings me back to 16yrs old =') Sixteen was probably the year which I love alot.. The memories ache through my heart as I think of them..

I guess it's time I start standing straight lol.. I have always been slouching..

Have to force myself straight.. It's a bad bad habit of mine..

E ver since I cut down having soft drinks, I've become thinner.. All along I wasn't eating enough, maybe soft drinks are the fats on me.. There are so many reasons to why I'm skinny..

1. I have a poor appetite..
2. I only have super appetite towards good food..
3. Usually at work, I'm only interested in mee or kuey teow.. So I'll always packet half rice half mee and a piece of chicken cutlet to eat..
4. I have proper breakfast like twice a month?
5. My work schedule cuts away half a month of having nutritious dinner at home..
6. I stopped having maggie for supper, instead milk with cereal..
7. I drink plain water most of the time now..

Let's go into further details..

SINGAPORE: Details of the capture of Singapore's fugitive Jemaah Islamiyah (JI) leader Mas Selamat Kastari on April 1 in Johor Bahru have emerged as both the Singapore and Malaysian governments confirm his arrest.

In a statement on Friday, Singapore's Home Affairs Ministry said: "Mas Selamat has been arrested by the Malaysian Special Branch (MSB) in a joint operation between the MSB and the Internal Security Department (ISD)."

Deputy Prime Minister and Home Affairs Minister Wong Kan Seng said Singapore is happy that Mas Selamat has been arrested.

Mr Wong added that the public was not informed earlier of the capture so as not to compromise operations and jeopardise sources of information.

Singapore's Internal Security Department (ISD) had worked hard and looked at every lead, sharing information with its Malaysian counterpart.

Mr Wong also said that the MSB had done excellent work.

"Between ISD and MSB, there is a long standing cooperative cordial relationship and as a result of this kind of relationship, we are able to keep each of our countries safe and also contribute to the safety and security of the region," said Mr Wong.

For now, the JI leader will remain in Malaysia as the authorities there want to continue interviewing him.

When asked why the public could not be informed earlier, Mr Wong explained that there is a need for operational secrecy. He added that Malaysia wanted to investigate what other terrorist networks were up to.

The deputy prime minister said Singaporeans must maintain vigilance and not let their guard down following Mas Selamat's arrest as the terror threat is real and Singapore is a prime target.

With Singapore's long coastline, Mr Wong said Singaporeans must not assume the country is safe as there are other JI members who have not been detained.

He said: "Singapore is a small country. It has a long coastline, it is porous, and it is easy for people and goods to be brought in or even leave Singapore. So you should not assume just by the arrest of one person, Singapore will be safe from terrorists’ threat."

Mr Wong said Mas Selamat will be sent to the Whitley Road Detention Centre again when he is brought back to Singapore.

He added that the centre is now a different place compared to what it was when the JI leader escaped on February 27 last year.

He also revealed that Mas Selamat had swam across the Straits of Johor using an improvised flotation device to escape from the north shore of Singapore in February last year.

Separately, Senior Minister of State for Trade and Industry S Iswaran said the arrest of Mas Salamat is a welcome piece of news to Singaporeans.

He said the JI leader's arrest speaks highly of security forces involved in the operation.

"It's a tribute to the professionalism of the intelligence agencies. They worked across borders with their partners to secure his eventual arrest."

SINGAPORE - Singapore said on May 6th, 2009 that it would likely lower its alert level for swine flu next week, as the new strain of the virus appeared milder than originally feared.

Authorities, however, will maintain temperature checks at the city-state's
airport, sea ports and land border, the health ministry said in a statement.

Passengers who had travelled to Mexico - the epicentre of the current flu outbreak - within seven days prior to their arrival in Singapore would still be placed under quarantine, it said.

Screenings for flu-like symptoms at offices, schools, buildings and events will be lifted. If the situation remains the same, the alert level will be downgraded to "yellow" - the third in a five-step system - by Monday from the current "orange", the ministry said.

"The new strain of influenza A(H1N1) seems milder than originally feared and appears to be more like seasonal flu," the ministry said. "However, as the situation is still evolving, we would need to constantly review and adjust our responses and be prepared to deal with the changing threat."

The easing of measures is aimed at conserving resources and avoiding "flu fatigue", said Health Minister Khaw Boon Wan at a news conference on Wednesday. "We should shift to a sustainable level of flu precaution," he told reporters.

He added: "SARS was not very infectious but deadly. It's like a big elephant. It is easier to spot and when you spot one, you try to shoot it and kill it with an elephant gun. H1N1 is not the same. It's like locusts that come once in a while, and thousands of them. You can try to kill them with elephant guns but it's not possible."

Downgrading alert levels will also help the ministry conserve "bullets" such as the N95 masks, which are running out islandwide, for the second wave of the H1N1 virus attack.

Mr Khaw said: "If your public health measures were to have effect, it must be quick. It must be over-reacting. You must not under react. But you cannot over-react forever - then you cause problem of 'cry wolf'.

"Yellow is not green, the virus is still out there. The situation remains dynamic and we must continue to stay vigilant and manage this crisis nimbly."

As of Wednesday, 12 people are currently in government-imposed home quarantine, the health ministry said. This includes six Singaporeans, five Mexicans and one Indonesian.

Two of the five Mexicans will complete their seven days in isolation just before midnight Wednesday.

Mr Khaw said that as the disease is highly contagious, the public has a very important role to play in combating it by raising standards of hygiene. He urged all Singaporeans to aspire to the Japanese standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

The ministry said that if the virus mutates to become stronger, then alert levels may be revised upwards again.

Mr Khaw also commended the Mexican government for reacting to the H1N1 outbreak promptly and for openly sharing data with the world.

Earlier this week, the Mexican Ambassador in Singapore objected to the republic's decision to impose temporary visa requirements on Mexican passport holders. It said the move is "unnecessary" and "unjustified".

The Health Ministry said Home Quarantine Orders will still apply to persons with a travel history to Mexico in the past seven days and it will closely monitor the situation before deciding whether to lift visa requirements.

Under Singapore law, anyone found in breach of the quarantine order can be fined 10,000 Singapore dollars (US$6,802), jailed six months or both, for a first-time offence.

It's possible that KONAMI is lacking of new songs and unique steps for DDR.. So they introduced songs like Will, Beautiful Inside (Cube::Hard Mix) and Into Your Heart (Ruffage Remix) from DDR Hottest Party/2 into DDR X.. Ok it's fine.. But releasing songs from older mixes and naming them (X-Special) looks interesting.. But the steps are like shit.. They're like created for the sake of making DDR X looks like it has alot of 'new' songs when all of the (X-Special) difficulties are Challenge mode which Non-pro players can't play at all..

So to pro people - Wa, DDR X quite alot of songs..
To non-pro people - Wakao, Konami so Niao..

So what if one day Britney Spears has no more ideas for new songs? Maybe she's going to re-sing her songs in a different tune and named it something like 'Oops.. I did it again (Resing-Special)'..

Although still not exercising, I'm drinking plain water for the whole day (Exceptional: During lunch/dinner at work, have a cup of Ice Milo).. And I'm trying to stop eating instant noodles, maybe only one cup noodle during one of my night shifts at work, and replace my supper with Cereals and Milk =)

In the past, I was so obsessed with the boy-band, Westlife, that I would go the extra mile to purchase their new album.. Lol.. Westlife is the only boy-band I find them gentlemen-ly looking and like 5 happily ever after guys.. Lol.. I bought 4 of their albums.. That was in 2001.. My obsession with them ended bout 3years later..

Their 1st album, which is produced by Simon Cowell.. Well, most of their albums are by him..

Today is DDR day..

Wow, so long never sweat so much already.. The last time was during BMT.. Haha

Went JP at 1.30pm to meet Clement.. Played a couple rounds of DDR before going to McDonald's to eat.. Lol, I'm old already.. I went to cashier and tried to order Student's Meal.. Failed =/ No Ez-link = No Student Meal.. Lol..

Chit chat talk cock about NS life, instructors and some happenings in camp.. Went back to arcade and played DDR again.. Den went to play Parapara lol, and tried Initial-D 5..

After Clement left, cos he has to book in at 8pm lol, I stayed in the arcade and watched a pro play Initial-D 5.. He was trying to break his timing on one particular map.. So he tapped 5credits (or more) and started playing the same map over and over again -.- See until bored also..

Had my last round of DDR.. Have audience finally.. So played all the way until Encore Extra.. Full-combo-ed Horatio with an A only and went to play Jubeat while cooling down.. After that, go home time =)

When I was in the lift, I looked at the mirror.. "Oh shit, haven't cut hair.. Awwwwww... -.-"

Went to Basement's QB house and had my haircut.. At the MRT station, bought a packet of Chicken Cutlet Rice at only 1.80$ and went home =D

It's my 1st haircut since I passed out from camp =D

Saw this VRAY shop (and thought of X-RAY) when shopping with baby the other day.. Took a pic today lol

Have you ever wondered who are the types of friends whom you could clique with?

Speaking of myself, I'm a neutral person.. Regardless of being ugly, stupid, nerd, handsome, tall, midget etc., I'll be fine with you as long as you treat me well..

I've noticed myself cliquing well with outcasts =/ It's not in that sense that I clique with those who aren't good with people.. But I just have no idea why, I don't see any bad with those outcasts.. They have a kind of personality which I don't mind.. And they seem kind.. lol

I can't clique with people in groups.. I can't clique with high-profiled people.. I can't clique with too low-profiled people either.. I can't clique with smelly people.. I can't clique with people with high-egos..

I can clique with noisy people, and jokers.. Lol.. Although I'm quiet, I can laugh.. I'm a easily happy person.. Even some minor jokes which don't seem to be funny or lame, as long as I get the point, I will laugh too..

Ok wait, what's my purpose of saying this? Lol.. No idea.. Happy jiu hao..

Competition is a big word.. ok the font size isn't tht big after all lol

Somehow, 'Competition' is one powerful word.. It could be a word that changes mood, and a word which have changed many people's characteristics..

Few things had happened in regards to being 'competitive'..

1. The 'bitch' who appeared ~~headlines~~ redlines in baby's blog, left many minds pondering who she was referring to.. The 'bitch' was claimed to be bossy, competitive, highly sensitive and a 2-headed, gossip queen..
Being this way has a price to pay.. The price? Little to No true friends

2. The ~~Miss/Mr/Mrs/Mdm~~ can't find a gender to select Mind-Game player came to light after details of ~~his/her~~ competitive no-pride lowly actions were spotted by Ray.. ~~He/She~~ became a headline again in Ray's blog after the release of DDRX..
Nothing can be commented on this person.. I think after being burned for more than a year, ~~his/her~~ smelly reputation has already been burned beyond recognition

3. Ok, nobody else to say.. Maybe say KONAMI.. Lol.. Why so competitive? Sue this sue that.. DjMax also want to sue =x

Being competitive not only changes the way you behaves, but also the treatment you get from others.. NWI.. Not Worth It =)

Have you ever wondered, when you're digging into your favourite McDonald's meal, let's say McNuggets Meal with your favourite mouth-watering french fries, the amount of sauce that goes with just ONE stick of your fries?

Personally, I can't have McNuggets without Curry Sauce, and Fries without Chilli Sauce.. So I would always dip the Nugget deeply into the sauce before putting it into my mouth..

Taste so great =D Now I'm hungry D:

Half the length of my fries would be covered with Chilli/Curry/Tomato sauce..

People from my mom's side are all so nice people.. People from my dad's side are different.. To me, a home is a place where you find peace.. That's why I envy some of my friends.. They have loving, peaceful and understanding parents..

I'm so gonna give my child a peaceful home.. I want him to know that I love him, and understand him.. Cos I learnt from myself, being harsh, angry, strict, old-fashioned, threatening will only bring fear and hate to my child.. The fear will turn them into delinquency, keeping things from you, burning you in his blog, not engaging in conversation with you, loving you just because you provide him with allowance..

This is my life, my future is my own decision.. I live it my way =)
